A Little Blue Box Happily Ever After: Shannon and Sean

Their Irish names are just the beginning of what Sean and Shannon Kelly share. The couple met and fell in love at their alma mater, Columbia University. Sean graduated first and moved back to California and the two dated long distance until Shannon followed in his baccalaureate footsteps.

After six years together, Sean proposed in one of the couple’s favorite spots—Napa. In a cave at Beringer, Shannon said “yes”, and they made the decision to spend their lives together. In honor of Sean and Shannon’s romantic memory, the winery has christened that cave, “The Engagement Room.”

A year and a half later, the couple returned to the Napa Valley for their big day. 140 guests watched as the alluring bride and groom said their vows at St. Helena Catholic Church, and danced the night away at the Westin Verasa Napa. Patricia Mark Photography caught intimate snapshots of the newlyweds laughing amidst sun-drenched vineyards, while videographer Aqua Vivus captured the day on film. With floral touches by Thoughts in Bloom, rentals from Blueprint Studios and non-stop dancing incited by A Frontline Band, Sean and Shannon now have a beautiful day of shared memories.

But the thing they now share most of all? Their love.
